The chief director was kind, but the consultation was not very detailed and was short, so I was very disappointed. As a patient, I wanted to hear an explanation about the direction of the surgery, but all I was told was that it would improve and turn out well, so I could not even ask more questions. In contrast, the manager's consultation felt more comfortable!!
