The doctor was kind and nice. There was some waiting, but I went back after visiting another hospital and got another consultation. They explained my eyes and recommended epicanthoplasty, double-eyelid fixation, and upper canthoplasty on both sides. They said non-incisional was also possible, so that was fine, but I'm deliberation because I don't really like the line they would create.
