The doctor is kind and consults in a warm, gentle way. I asked all kinds of questions, and he answered sincerely and thoroughly, so I was very grateful. The counseling manager was also kind, and in many ways I liked it, so I was deliberating, but the line the doctor made was a little different from what I had in mind, which was disappointing.
