The staff were kind, and the elevator was so inconvenient. But the director really had a good impression and patiently explained things thoroughly, so I was grateful. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't ask many questions, but he still drew things out in detail and helped me understand them well. Thanks to that, it helped me figure out what kind of surgery would be done on my nose, and if I do go ahead with it, I would like to have it done by Director Shim.
