I had a consultation with the chief director, but because it was my first consultation, I went in not really knowing much and couldn't ask many questions. He only said roughly what kind of shape would be possible, explained the materials, and finished quickly, which was disappointing. If I do have surgery, I think I would make a second consultation and prepare my questions better. The manager was extremely kind and nice.
