I had a consultation for revision nose surgery with Director Shim. The consultation was very kind and detailed, so that part was good, but they didn't show before and after photos with Photoshop or anything, so I couldn't get a clear sense of how it would turn out, and it didn't seem as natural-oriented as I expected (I wanted only a slight change, but there were many options), so I'm still thinking about it.
