First of all, I liked that the manager did not try to set the line, estimate what surgery I should get, or push me to do anything, and I also liked that there was absolutely no pressure to book on the same day. The director also only recommended the procedures that seemed necessary, looked at my eyes, and said it seemed like I wouldn't need ptosis correction. That was the part I liked even more. Out of the hospitals I visited, this one had the longest consultation time and looked at my eyes in the most detail.
