The director did look over things carefully, but the explanation focused heavily on cosmetic aspects, and the functional aspects were not discussed as deeply as I expected, so I felt a little disappointed. Before going for an in-person consultation, this place had been one I liked while doing my own research, to the point that I would have chosen it right away if the consultation went well, but after the consultation it became a place I was unsure about.
