First of all, the consultation coordinator was really, really kind. The director also looked a little tired, but was still very kind and gave the consultation professionally. The facility was also very clean, and unlike other hospitals, they held the consultation exactly at the scheduled appointment time. Because of things like that, I started to trust that if I had surgery here, they would take good care of me afterward. It seems like a hospital that prioritizes safety.
