The director spoke very quietly and seemed proud of the surgery, but the kindness was lacking... During the consultation he had his legs crossed and had his mask slightly lowered. He said I should get eye correction surgery, so I asked whether I had ptosis, but he said I did not, and recommended it because my pupils would show better..
