I decided to do it after seeing a friend get it done because it looked so natural. I like the line, and the contour was drawn cleanly. It is not overly adhered, so I do have some eye-fat removal potential, but even so it looks natural. The downside is that one side is a large in-out fold and the other side is very slightly out-folded. Other people don't really notice unless I tell them, and only understand once I point it out. There are downsides, but I am someone for whom naturalness matters most, so I am satisfied.
