I had my first rhinoplasty here a year ago. So far, thankfully there has been no contracture or inflammation, and I can breathe well, but I am left with a lot of regret from an aesthetic standpoint. I had a small hump nose, so they shaved off some of the hump, raised the bridge with silicone, and lifted the tip with septal cartilage, but maybe they did not shave the hump completely because there is still a slight humpiness. And maybe the director was a bit too ambitious, but it feels like a rather thick piece of silicone was put in, which does not suit my face. As a result, I am living with a low hump nose that became a high hump nose, so I am thinking about revision surgery The tip is also, even if it is septal cartilage, excessively hard and sharp. It is a huge relief that there are no side effects, but if it was going to be like this, I do not know why I even had surgery.
