My younger sibling had surgery there, and I only had a consultation. To begin with, my sibling had the first surgery there and then two revision surgeries at the same place.., it was a revision because they were dissatisfied with the shape and other things, but even then the doctor took responsibility and fixed it up, so now it looks really pretty. I respect that sense of responsibility.. Still, after watching them go to the hospital for years while going through two revision surgeries, I don't think I would want to have surgery there myself. The consultation manager, when I went, I didn't really know what to make of them.., but according to my sibling, after having several revision surgeries and contacting them often, they said the manager seemed very annoyed with them, which made them upset. It makes me think things may be quite different before and after surgery.
