The director explained everything in great detail. Even though I asked a lot of annoying questions about all sorts of things, they explained everything in a very systematic way, haha. The manager is also quite kind!! I am still debating whether to have the surgery... because the rhinoplasty itself is what I am debating, haha. Anyway, very kind.
