The waiting time was average, a wait that was tolerable~ The director also explained things earnestly, which I liked. But I do think there may have been some over-treatment. Of course, they did explain the reason why that surgery was necessary from my perspective too.. hmm, it did not feel like that was the place, exactly. Still, I am grateful that they explained things carefully, but the manager's pressure is a bit too much Of course all hospitals are like that, but this one felt especially strong.
