Three years ago, I knew that nose surgery had a lot of complications and was a risky operation, so I did not want to put something dangerous into the nose I would have to live with for the rest of my life. After searching hard for a clinic that could do it without silicone, using only ear cartilage, and with a closed approach, I ended up having surgery at Greda Plastic Surgery. In the end, there was no major change, just a slight improvement. It went from a fleshy nose tip to something a bit slimmer. I am not that satisfied with the result. None of my family even noticed I had done it lol. I just live thinking this is the best it can be.
