The small scars are truly the biggest advantage. After doing it here, my arms became the kind I could wear sleeveless tops with no matter how much I gained weight. That said, they made them straight, not bony. Back then I did not know my own preference and just went along with it, but if I were to go back, I would ask for bony arms. Adding scar laser treatment is honestly such a great deal.
