I went in for a filler removal consultation, but they didn't explain the possible side effects that could happen during removal. The consultation manager also pushed an additional nose tip surgery, and scared me so much it felt like I had to have surgery right away or something terrible would happen. Overall, the friendliness was lacking, and it just felt like they were trying too hard to make money.
