They're good at dissolving things.
I went with high expectations because they were famous, but when I tried to show the design I wanted, they turned serious and told me to bring a before-procedure photo of that design. I still remember vividly how, since I had a lip design I wanted, I held up a mirror to see whether it was going well, and they told me to put the mirror down because it was distracting. I wish I had at least been satisfied after the procedure, but not only did I not get the design I wanted, my nasolabial folds got much worse for some reason, so I spent the money and had it dissolved again after just 3 days...
