I had only ever gone to expensive places before, then a friend said this place was cheap and not bad, so I went. I was scolded nonstop and felt so upset. Most hospitals are kind, but this was my first time at a place like this. They yelled, glared, laughed at me, and ignored me. Honestly, I wanted to get a lifting procedure too, but after that consultation I didn't even want to stay there, and I felt so bad that I only got injections. Even those had no effect, so I'm thinking of going back to my usual place T_T Whenever I asked something, they sighed and asked if I didn't know that already. I said I had done this before and it wasn't effective, and they asked where I had it done, then said it was because I had it done at another branch, not theirs, and that because this was Gangnam their skill level was different. The counselor had her hair tied up and had a lot of cosmetic work done and big eyes. I understand that service jobs are hard, but please keep basic manners with customers. Teaching, scolding, and getting angry at customers is really not okay. The doctors, people at the desk, and assistants were all kind, but because of her, the hospital image is being damaged T_T
