I only know the Gangnam branch, and it was the worst. I bought five sessions of laser hair removal, so I kept going... The first time I had the treatment, I thought they would start and then apply gel, but the doctor went to another patient's bed and never came back, so I thought something was odd, but that was actually the end of the procedure. As anyone who has had hair removal here knows, they do it like a factory, alternating between patients in a two-bed room. They apply gel, then the laser hair-removal device passes over once, skipping half the treatment area and just moving on. Anything it passes over once is never passed over twice; it really just goes sweep-sweep-sweep and ends. I was thinking they were about to spread the gel more, but the hair removal was already over, and the nurse wiped off the gel. Of course there was no effect, and if you tell the staff at reception, they answer by the manual. (Because of burn risk, we cannot do any more. Robot answer.) The manager in her late 30s who worked there last summer apparently quit, and staff change often. Seeing how the staff just recite the manual, it feels like they are being crushed between pressure from above and patient complaints. The doctors may be under organizational stress too. The male doctor handles things halfheartedly, like an unwilling employee in a service job just getting through work. There is also a female doctor who does hair removal at this hospital. I complained to the manager and was able to get hair removal from the female doctor once, and with her, the laser passed over almost the entire area once each, very carefully, about three times as long as the male doctor's treatment. The last time I went, the usual male doctor was assigned again, and he rubbed the laser tip that had other patients' hair on it right across my philtrum... At this point I think that says it all. There is more, but I honestly have nothing else to say.

The whole building is a dermatology clinic, so it’s divided by floor and feels clean and comfortable. The consultation manager was also fairly average in a good way. It was my first time getting Rejuran, so I was very nervous, but the…

Skin Treatment Reviews@skin-reviewFeb 17 Review of Rejumi Clinic from this community
As the person above said, the staff are a bit rude, but the doctor is kind. The consultation manager is extremely curt. I went to get laser treatment because I had a wart on the mucous membrane under my eye to the point that I didn't want…

The consultation with the coordinator was just okay, I think. They adjusted the price for me, and they even called about my progress, so it was so-so. Director Kim Dong-geol had so many surgeries that the consultation ended really quickly,

The doctor approached the consultation actively. But maybe he is a little stubborn? It felt like he was listening to me, yet he was not really listening at all lol The consultation there was so different from the place I went to next, so I
