About 2 years ago, I got laser hair removal for my underarms and upper lip. At the time, I got it at a discounted event price, but I don't remember exactly how much it was. They applied gel to the treatment area and rubbed it in, and it didn't hurt at all and had some effect. I only saw the doctor during the procedure, so I don't know what they were like, and the staff weren't very kind either.
