The first time I visited, I got the wrong manager and they were extremely rude, but the staff and doctors were all very kind.
When I asked the manager a question on my first visit, they turned completely cold. It was so awkward that I felt bad for even asking. It made me wonder why they even do consultations. After that, the other managers I met on later visits were kind!
