Even on a weekday morning, there were many people. Even with a 2 o'clock reservation, there was a 30 to 40 minute wait, so it would be better to leave plenty of time. My skin is very sensitive, but during the consultation they said it should be okay to do the procedure, so I went ahead; however, I am not sure about the glass-skin effect, just that it improved a little.
