Very, very factory-like. It was fine because it was for hair removal, but I would not want any procedure related to the face. They are not meticulous, but they are not so careless that they just rush through it either. It is close to my home and the cost is reasonable, so I will probably pay for it again. The staff are not that friendly T_T
