I had silicone nose implant and septal surgery with Director Kim Seon-gu 6 years ago. I do not remember the cost, so I am writing it approximately. I was 20 and knew nothing, so I brought photos of Irene's nose, and I think they honestly told me it was impossible. They were kind, and they handled it with the goal of improving my bulbous nose. I only visited twice, on the consultation day and the day the stitches were removed, and after that I lived without any problems and was satisfied. Now, 6 years later, I am planning to have it removed for personal reasons..
