The doctor seemed to try to examine me carefully, but the consultation manager was really, really, really terrible. She was rude and used informal speech, and after the doctor put a blindfold over my eyes while consulting and said he would check the condition of my eyes, she came and just took it off however she wanted. The doctor had said to go with Option A, but while the doctor was briefly away, she suddenly came over and said, "How about doing Option B?" Then she told the doctor as if the patient had wanted that... The consultation manager was so awful that I ended up not choosing it even though the doctor had been very thorough.
