As I said for my nose surgery too, they really take good care of you afterward. From my experience, I do not think there is any hospital that looks after you like this up to 3 months after surgery. My eyes were a revision surgery, and during the operation they would keep waking me up, sitting me up, checking the symmetry of my eyes, then laying me back down and operating again. It was the first time I had ever seen that. If they took care of you like that during surgery, then even if the results ended up uneven I would have thought it was just the original anatomy, but at other hospitals they usually just say, no matter what, it is the original anatomy so there is nothing we can do. Whether it was a surgical mistake or not, the result is that the inner corner of my left eye feels a little less pulled than the right, so it seems a bit less opened, and it is uneven. But in the morning when swollen, or when taking photos, it seems like a difference only I can notice, and everyone says I look prettier.
