When I first went there, the manager was extremely kind, whereas Director Lee Kyung-mook looked tired, probably because he had done many consultations and surgeries. After the CT scan, I talked briefly with the manager and then with the director. He seemed firm and had very clear personal standards. He accurately told me that there was a limit to what could be done with my nose, and when he simply said, "We will do it like this and like that," the consultation was over. He gave the impression of being very confident.
