1. Chose it because it's good for arms and close to home 2. The consultation was faster and more accurate than expected. The friend who came with me had concerns about another area, but they discouraged them by saying there was no real need to do it and that even if it were done satisfaction would be low, which raised my trust in them (in the end, my friend decided not to do it) 3. I had chosen Dr. Kim, but I did not get a consultation with the doctor yet (probably just before surgery) 4. The hospital facilities themselves feel so-so because it's an old place 5. The aftercare service is satisfying (6 sessions of low-frequency and high-frequency massage, unlimited scar laser) 6. In the end, surgery is scheduled for next week
