On June 15, I had my arms and abdomen front side done at the same time, and the result is something I will know better once the swelling fully goes down, but so far I am extremely satisfied! Upper-body fat has always been stressful for me, and every time I look in the mirror, I am so happy with how much slimmer my arms look. I have a job that requires a lot of physical effort, so I have a lot of muscle and never thought my arms could get this thin, but all the loose fat was removed. My abdomen used to be the forward-protruding kind of body shape like a pregnant belly, and because I had a lot of visceral fat it is not perfectly straight yet, but it has gone in a lot in a way that is visible. Not wearing the compression garment was a brilliant decision; even if they had told me to wear it, I would not have worn it in this weather.. The director answered everything I asked kindly, and when I was waiting for consultation, she bowed and greeted me, which was so impressive that I made my reservation after seeing that. I want the swelling to go down quickly and also to start dieting together as soon as possible.
