I had my first surgery in 2011, and because the silicone in my nose was visible and it made my nose look long, I went without hesitation because I heard this place was famous for revision surgery. There originally wasn’t much explanation, and I really wanted to look younger, but they said my nose was making me look older. They also said my skin was thin and, since it was a revision surgery, silicone could have a risk of inflammation, so I had it done with donated costal cartilage, donated dermis, and ear cartilage. At first it felt slightly upturned, but it wasn’t too thin and it turned out well, but the nasal bridge absorbed an enormous amount and almost all of it disappeared….ㅠ So I’m looking into revision surgery hospitals now…
