The doctor is very kind and professional. The swelling has not gone down yet, but so far I am satisfied. It seems to be a good result. But there are many internal problems at the hospital. Among the many hospitals and dermatology clinics I have been to recently, this was the worst. First of all, the interior itself is neat. - All the doors are left open. You can clearly see papers and other messy, unorganized things inside. - I do not know whether it's the doctor or some manager(?) because I have never worked there, but it is shocking that the staff sit with their legs crossed and use their phones. I was leaving a side consultation room? after treatment, not the front desk, and I was surprised to see them sitting there with their legs crossed, looking at their phones and still saying, "Have a nice day~" while looking at them. - This is just my guess, but it feels like the clothes from the changing room are not being washed right away. Usually, gowns or clothes worn while changing are put into something like a laundry basket, but here they seem to go straight onto hangers without that.. I do not know whether staff manage them separately later.. - What shocked me most was nurses chatting and answering the phone in the operating room. Even before anesthesia, it was like this, so I wonder how much worse it would be after anesthesia.
Still, the skill is so good that I could overlook all of this.. I think medical care is now very closely tied to service work, so I wish they would pay a little more attention.
