I went into the clinic and the facilities were very clean, and there were about four staff members. When I said I came because I had heard good things, they seemed happy. But all the staff felt stiff. I ended up feeling stiff too lol I arrived earlier than my appointment time, and my consultation started a bit early. I was talking with the manager, and her expression and way of speaking felt annoyed, so she seemed to want to finish things quickly;; I said which celebrity eyes I wanted, and although she said it couldn't be done, I wanted them to at least make it a little similar, but they skipped that and decided it on their own, and I was like, huh? (Maybe that's how they always do it and I just didn't know!) After the manager consultation ended, I thought I would then meet the director, but they just told me I could go home, which made me go huh? a second time. There was no director consultation lol;;; They may be good at eye surgery, but I also care about how staff treat people, so I don't think I'll go there for surgery..
