I only consulted with the manager. I thought I would consult with the director afterward, but they just told me to go. It seems that if I wanted a consultation with the director, I should have said so separately when making the reservation. Anyway, the manager drew the line for me and said only a low line was possible, and that since my eyelids were sagging, incision surgery might also be an option. Honestly, it did not seem very professional. I want to consult with the director again later.
