I went because I was looking into non-open rhinoplasty and it seemed to have the most reviews, but honestly I wondered if it was viral marketing. I went to three hospitals, and while the surgical method was one thing, the diagnosis for my nose was different only here. They said my skin was thin, that this was not a nose where cartilage should be cut, and so on.. And when I said they couldn't do the surgical method I wanted, I figured I wouldn't do it here
