My concern was that the tip of my nose was drooping, which made my mouth look protruded, so I only wanted the tip done. Especially since I live abroad, I was very scared of any possible inflammation or side effects, so I did not want silicone at all, and I wanted the bridge to be kept as it is now with filler. Among the three places I consulted, only this place suggested surgery while leaving the existing filler in the bridge, so I have booked surgery here. For the tip, I think it was ear cartilage and fascia.
