The clinic is clean and the doctor is nice. I was told that it is possible to do a non-implant, closed nose-tip surgery using only ear cartilage, so I really liked the material choice. However, because CCTV viewing is not allowed, a guardian can only briefly look into the operating room, raising the bridge with ear cartilage would not lead to a major change from my current nose, and improving the nostrils would be difficult, I decided to exclude it from my list.
