The manager seemed a bit less professional. The director consulted very thoroughly. There was enough consultation time and the explanation was good. They resolved my questions. Kind and nice. I liked that it was non-incisional. The atmosphere was not too chaotic, which was good. For the amount of effort needed to write a review, the discount rate was low
