It seems they lifted the tip of my nose just enough to match the tension of my nasal tip skin. The director seems like the type who cannot speak harshly, because instead of clearly saying something could not be done, they explained gently that it would probably be a little difficult. The consultation was also friendly from both the manager and the director. They responded kindly even when I contacted them after surgery. I had a mental breakdown and contacted them four or five times a week, but there was no sign of discomfort at all. When I apologized, they even said it was fine and that when I was worried, it was better to keep contacting them like that. Also, the director does not seem like the type who talks a lot by themselves. Instead, when I asked questions, they explained that part accurately and sufficiently. However, it did concern me a little that the clinic did not have a CT scanner. Still, the surgery came out naturally, so I am satisfied to some extent. It looks like the nostrils were lifted a bit, but not severely and not by much, so I left it alone. What I regret is that I was not told in advance that the nostrils could lift. Some other reviews say the director just glances at you during aftercare, but in my case I worried a lot and contacted the clinic often, so I think I talked with the director a lot during aftercare too. I liked that if I asked the manager for before-and-after photos, they showed them without any complaints.
