I planned not to put in silicone because I have a low nose bridge, and since it was possible to do it without open surgery, I chose it because I wanted no scar and fewer side effects. The overall shape was fine, and I was satisfied with the surgery without any side effects, but the shape feels awkward when seen from below, so even though it has almost been a year, I still wish the height would go down more. If you make a small nose too high, when viewed from below it becomes a 11-shaped pig nose and looks awkward. Even with the same height, when you look at celebrities with a naturally thicker columella in the front, you do not see nostril show. I wonder if the thicker columella I originally had when my nose was low got pulled up and disappeared. The more the tip drops compared to right after surgery, the more the columella seems to reappear, so the shape becomes more natural, and instead I am waiting for it to settle faster. For small noses, do not be too ambitious about the height, just keep it moderate. Also, even if you do it with ear cartilage, they said they would still build a support column, so it seems the pig-nose pose is not possible.
