The first surgery was done as a closed procedure and failed, so when I was looking into revision surgery, I consulted with Director Oh Gwang-jin because he was famous. It was when the hospital had only recently opened, so it was clean. Because I have keloid-prone skin, I wanted the revision to be closed too, but the director said absolutely not and suggested an open approach using costal cartilage. The price was also high, so I passed. He is not especially kind or gentle like in his videos.
