I only consulted with the manager, and I did not even get to see the director's face until right before entering the procedure room. They treat patients like a factory, and the director is running from one procedure room to another... Considering the number of operating rooms and the time involved, it felt like the director was taking on way too many patients. Because everything was done so quickly, the shape of my forehead did not turn out beautifully, and maybe because I tend to use my forehead muscles a lot, it feels bumpy and not as full as the amount of filler I paid for... It improved a little after molding, though.
