I’m not sure how kind the director was, but the staff were kind and they also recommended laser treatment because they were worried it might sag later. Overall, I’m satisfied! It’s been about 10 months since the surgery, and the line has still been maintained, and even when I gain weight, my arms don’t seem to gain much. The aftercare was thorough and good.
