I had really huge upper arms, but they made them into skinny bones arms. But the lower part of my arms gets lumpy when I raise my arms upward. The overall line is pretty and they remove everything pretty well, but it doesn't seem to have the delicate finesse needed for the lumpy areas. It doesn't matter much in areas with thicker skin, but for liposuction in areas with thin skin, I recommend considering it carefully.
