It's been 3 months, and considering how the internet said there was absolutely no effect, it was better than I expected. But on the first visit, it wasn't that the staff were clumsy; whether it was a division-of-work issue or simply because there were too many people, it felt way too crowded, and in fact the first consultation only started after I had sat there for about an hour. I had gone at the scheduled time, so I think waiting an hour was a problem.
