I normally really do not write reviews, but this does not seem right, so I am writing this. During the consultation, I was told that Inmode needs to be done 2 to 3 times at regular intervals to be effective, so I went ahead and paid for a 2-session package. A lot of people around me had seen results from Inmode, so I was looking forward to it and applied numbing cream and waited. My phone battery was dead and I had left it at the front desk, so I could not check the time, but it felt like I had been waiting way too long. Just as they were about to call me, a nurse came over, checked the cream application time, seemed shocked and said oh my, then moved me straight into the procedure room haha I had clearly been told at the start that the cream would only be applied for about 20 minutes. When I asked how much time had passed, instead of giving me the exact time they said, you have had the cream on for quite a while, but the Shurink we are doing together hurts a lot, so it will actually be better haha The doctor was kind and checked the time properly with a timer, so I let it go, but when I looked afterward, the whole thing had taken almost 3 hours (on this day, I also waited with the finishing pack on for more than 30 minutes)
About 2 weeks later, I went back half believing and half doubting to use the remaining session, and that day also felt a bit long, but a nurse came at the proper time, checked my anesthesia state, and started the procedure right away Afterward they put on the finishing pack, which usually should be 20 minutes at most, but they left it on for a full 50 minutes I think there were two nurses checking things inside the waiting area, but they just kept talking to each other and did not seem to check properly Is not it basic common sense not to leave patients unattended carelessly? Someone else’s time is not worthless, and since I had the procedure booked and had nothing scheduled afterward, it was fine, but if I had had plans I would have been furious...... When I said angrily, how long do I have to keep this pack on, they still did not apologize and just handed me four lifting packs or something and that was it haha I have been to many clinics in Gangnam, but this is the first time I have seen service this bad They really need to retrain all the staff from scratch
