I had a princess nose done about 4 to 5 years ago~ The tip was lifted nicely and filler was used to fill in the dipped part of the bridge, so I was satisfied with the result, but as time passes it is returning to my old nose, so I am looking into surgery again. The consultation manager smelled extremely strongly of cigarettes; the smell from his mouth was really bad.. The doctor examined me carefully, and when I said I wanted the tip improved more, he lightly tied it off with suture and did the aftercare.
