The manager I had the consultation with was so kind and seemed to speak honestly, which gave me confidence. But the director felt a bit unfriendly.. The decisive reason I did not choose them was that I understood fat grafting would not be done using fat taken from the arms, but here they actually recommended it and said we should take additional fat from the arms, which felt a bit ambiguous, so I did not choose them.
