The doctor explained things kindly~~~really well~~~~. The consultation manager had a voice with a genuinely unpretentious kindness ...... From the tone alone, there was such pleasant warmth that if it had been a nose with functional problems, I might have had surgery.. I do wonder whether a plastic surgeon would be good at functional nose surgery, but it seems like they shape noses beautifully~
